First, you’ll schedule a call with us to discuss your business and how we can help you by clicking the green ‘SCHEDULE A CALL’ button to the left. Then, once you decide to move forward with ZiggyVA, notify us via email and we will provide you with the best date to begin the onboarding process.
Prior to onboarding, you will receive a questionnaire which will cover all information we will need from you such as your policies and procedures for supporting your business.
It’s your onboarding date! This process takes around 3-5 days to complete. This gives our team time to review the information provided and ask any necessary questions for supporting your business. This also includes setting up your phone & email systems.
Lastly, we will be checking-in regularly to see how they are doing, if there is any other areas we can assist with, or if you have any concerns throughout.
